The Mom Stays

I read a blog post the other day by a mother reflecting on the thousands of pictures she has of her children.  Rarely was she in the shot with them.  She was challenged to make sure she inserted herself into more the pictorial record she was keeping of her family.  Our kids need to look back and see their moms were indeed "in the picture."  They don't see or understand a lot of the things we do for them as mothers; they won't remember or understand much of the dedication and sacrifice of parenting until they become parents themselves.  But they need to know and see that mom was (and is!) there.  So, here are a few images of this mom in the picture.
